Fees and Guarantees:

Century offers the following guarantee for up to a year only if payment is received for the full invoice amount within 10 days after the starting date of employment of the candidate. Century must also be notified in writing within 5 working days after the employee's last day of employment.

60 days from date of employment Free of additional charge
61-182 days from date of employment For 49% of the regular fee
183-365 days from date of employment For 69% of the regular fee

Century's fee is 33% of the individual's estimated total gross compensation for the first year.

  • Estimated total gross compensation will include a reasonable amount of bonuses, commissions, overrides, or other incentives in addition to the base salary or advance.
  • On "Commission Only" positions, our fee is the percentage of estimated gross earnings by agreement
